How do I find a traveler?
Open the app, search for a route and date, then review the available trips and their package details.
How do I contact a traveler?
Open a trip that is available and use the contact button to start a conversation through Telegram.
Can I send anything?
No. Only agree to carry items that are legal, allowed by the relevant travel rules, and clearly described before the trip.
How are the details agreed?
The sender and traveler discuss what is being carried, where it will be handed over, timing, and any compensation before agreeing.
What happens if a trip is paused?
A paused trip is temporarily unavailable for new contact. The traveler can resume it later.
Where does the conversation happen?
Hamvatan opens the traveler contact in Telegram, where both people can continue the conversation directly.
